The Board of Walls & Futures REIT plc (the “Company”) is pleased to confirm that it has been notified that the Chief Executive, Mr Joseph McTaggart, has purchased 2,240 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 75p per share on the 12th September.
Following the transaction above Mr McTaggart holds 64,705 Ordinary Shares representing 1.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
