At today’s Annual General Meeting of Walls & Futures REIT plc (“WAFR” or “the Company”), the Board will make the following statement:
“We are pleased with the progress of the business and the positive impact we are making in the social housing sector.
The extensive refurbishment program of our first supported housing investment in Stroud is now complete and has started to generate an income. The property welcomes its first residents in early October and we hope the alterations will enable them to live more independent and socially inclusive lives.
We are trading in line with expectations and developing a pipeline of projects which we are working to deliver over the next 12 months”
