Join P1 Net-Zero Carbon NZC10

As a developer of Specialist Supported Housing, we are committed to delivering buildings that are net zero carbon over their whole lives. Our intention is to utilise the framework created by the UK Green Building Council on our bespoke housing solution for autism, both minimising the carbon emissions from the construction process and emissions for the in-use operational energy.

Outperforms MSCI UK Residential Property Index benchmark by 519%

For the calendar year ending 2020, our portfolio delivered a total return of 3.53% against the benchmark, the MSCI UK Residential Property Index, which returned 0.57%

Outperforms MSCI UK Residential Property Index benchmark by 423%

For the calendar year ending 2019, our portfolio delivered a total return of 23% against the benchmark, the MSCI UK Residential Property Index, which returned 4.4%

For the calendar year ending 2017, our portfolio delivered a total return of 11.5% against the benchmark, the MSCI UK Residential Property Index, which retuned 7%

Joined MSCI UK Residential Property Index
The MSCI UK residential index measures the unleveraged total returns of directly held standing property investments. As of December 2016, it tracked the performance of 11,201 residential properties, with a total capital value of £12.1 billion.

Granted membership of the Social Stock Exchange
The Social Stock Exchange provides access to Europe’s only regulated exchange dedicated to business and investors seeking to achieve a positive social and environmental impact through their activities.

2017

First Supported housing property investment
The company acquired the freehold of a detached grade two listed building, in the Cotswold market town of Stroud. The property is being converted into four apartments to provide a high quality home with specialist support to six adults.

2016

Walls & Futures REIT plc joins stock market

Walls & Futures REIT plc joins the stock market and becomes the first Real Estate Investment Trust to join the NEX Growth Market

2016

London Growth Fund delivers un-geared return of 41.7% or 8.34% pa over 5 years

2011

London Growth Fund launch
Walls & Futures launched its first fund with the aim of generating a return by acquiring, redeveloping and letting residential property central and south west London.
