Walls & Futures REIT plc (“WAFR”) the Real Estate Investment Trust committed to delivering secure long-term income and capital growth by investing in residential property across the UK is pleased to announce that trading in the half year to 30th September 2017 was in line with expectations and included an improved Net Asset Value of 94p per share (31st March 2017- 90p) an improvement of 4.4% over the period.

“We have had a busy 6 months and I’m pleased that our first supported housing project is completed and providing high quality accommodation for its residents helping them to live more independent and socially inclusive lives.
There is a lot of work to do to address the shortfall of approximately 17,000 supported housing places and we have a strong pipeline of projects and anticipate that we will be announcing half year results in the week beginning 30th October.”
