Joe founded Walls & Futures in 2008 as a property investment consultancy providing advice and sourcing high yielding properties across the UK for private clients.
In 2011 he launched the London Growth Fund, a closed ended 5 year investment fund, which acquired, redeveloped and let residential property in South West London. As at 31st March 2016, it had generated an un-geared return of 41.7%, being a gross annualised compound return of 7.7% and a net 7% compound return to investors after all costs. In November 2016, Joe oversaw the restructuring of the company to become Walls & Futures REIT plc, a publicly quoted company.
Prior to founding Walls & Futures, Joe was Sales & Marketing Director at TIC Invest, which during his tenure became one of the UK’s largest residential property investment companies sourcing, financing and providing asset management for over £350 million worth of UK real estate.
Contributing over 10 years experience in the property industry, most recently at Berkeley Group plc where David specialised in bringing new development sites to market and maximising sales values on existing projects.
Prior to that, he held positions at TIC Invest, the Chancellors Group of Estate Agents and a consultancy role of a property fund in the United Arab Emirates. David also co-founded the Walls & Futures London Growth in 2011, a 5 year closed ended investment fund.
Returning to Walls & Futures in 2016, David is responsible for developing relationships with our strategic partners and identifying housing based solutions.
Peter WylieNon-Executive Director
Peter has spent over 30 years working in the financial services sector during which time he has built a successful actuarial practice. In addition to setting up and administering pension schemes he brings with him a wealth of experience in assessing and minimising risk to businesses.
Peter has been extensively involved with property investment both for his clients’ pension schemes and for his own business. He has acquired a number of properties requiring redevelopment in both the residential and commercial sectors.
In 2006, as a result of Peter’s involvement in other property transactions, principally the acquisition of the premises of the Royal Scottish Automobile Club in Glasgow, Peter founded Dunadd Asset Management Ltd to operate property funds. Acting as Chief Executive of Dunadd since it was incorporated, he is approved by the FCA to perform controlled functions in an authorised firm.
