Built to support the needs of occupants with learning and physical disabilities, the newly developed property benefits from modifications throughout.

Adaptations to the property include the installation of a height adjustable bath – allowing for ease of access for both the resident and the carer.

The main building was split into three self-contained apartments, each benefiting from their own kitchen, living room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The ground floor rear annex was also re-developed into a three bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen, living room and two bathrooms.
