The Board of Walls & Futures REIT plc (the Company) is pleased to confirm that it has been notified that the following Executive Directors have purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 80p per share on the 2(nd) February in an off-market transaction:
Mr Joseph McTaggart has purchased 3,125 Ordinary Shares;
Mr David White has purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares;
Following the transaction above Mr McTaggart holds 61,289 Ordinary Shares representing 1.86 % of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr White holds 19,386 Ordinary Shares representing 0.59 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
